What is ASP.NET Core?

ASP.NET Core is a free and open-source rewrite of the ASP.NET framework running on .NET Core and on Full Framework. It is not tied to IIS anymore, therefore it can be self-hosted. It also can be hosted by any web server very easily which makes ASP.NET very useful for a variety of purposes.

Support for ASP.NET Core

As the first provider on the APM market Dynatrace supports ASP.NET Core.
