Adopting SLOs into your Day to Day for better business reliability

In this session we step into Google’s Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice describing cultural requirements and monitoring aspects of how to measure and present reliability. Steve will present the motivation and theory around how Service Level Objectives (SLOs) were developed at Google and how Google built automation around SLOs to deliver high reliability at global scale. You will then learn how to get started with SLOs in Dynatrace, how you can leverage SLIs for your evaluation and finally how leveraging Davis AI helps ensure you meet your key business objectives.
