Her strategic approach to talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development has created an atmosphere that empowers each Dynatracer to excel.

Sue’s commitment to fostering connection across Dynatrace’s global team is exemplified through her monthly podcast series, “Real Talks.” This podcast features employee stories that build deeper connections across the organization and has gained significant traction, generating 5,000 downloads, 250 followers, and 19,500 landing page visits within just the past year.
A Ragan judge remarked that Sue has “created a consistent, singular mindset that the company can unite behind. She leads her roughly 200-person team with unification in mind, too, where they can develop areas like talent development, acquisition, workplace experience, people operations, employer branding, and people services and analytics.”
