Rafi joined Dynatrace in 2007 and has more than 25 years of experience in system, application, and business management leadership roles within organizations pushing the boundaries on revolutionary change. Proxima Technology, an Australian-based startup, which took a pivotal role in developing the Service Level and Business Services Management landscape, was one such organization. A regular industry keynote speaker and author, Rafi is well known for his analogous story-telling that simplifies complex technology concepts into easy-to-consume business topics.
