Her team is responsible for creating smart tools and efficient workflows for our customer facing teams to help address the needs of our customers using our products. Marcia's background spans years in the SaaS industry focused on high quality customer experience, technical support and online technical communities. And when not at her keyboard, you can find her doting on her miniature schnauzer or cooking up some tasty treats in her kitchen.
