This is the problem details overview, showing the affected infrastructure, the root cause detected by Davis AI, and contextual information like logs and traces. The chart shows a violation event with data coming from Grail.Feed of active and resolved problems, detected and analyzed by Davis causal AI. Operations, DevOps, and SREs use filters to focus on their most urgent incidences.All contextually relevant logs are surfaced for faster Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Users can directly run a query showing the last 100 warning logs.This is a problems dashboard for Operations, showing active problems, average Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), the problem timeline, and the blast radius. Overview

Problems provides AI-assisted problem analysis optimized for DevOps, Operations, and SREs. When a large-scale incident occurs, Davis AI identifies the root cause, pinpoints all relevant details, and visually reproduces the incident in charts, highlighting the affected deployment.

Use the problem feed to get a quick overview of all detected problems in your environment. Focus your attention by utilizing advanced filtering to identify the most urgent, active problems.

Davis AI automatically connects all relevant log lines, seamlessly surfacing incident logs. Users also get full visibility into complex, microservices-based architectures through the integration of relevant trace data.

These comprehensive end-to-end insights enable users to swiftly address code-level issues, ensuring the rapid resolution of critical incidents.

Use cases

  • DevOps analyzing abnormal and unhealthy system and software behavior.

  • SREs are alerted for incidences likely to violate their SLOs and review the impact and root cause to make immediate remediation decisions.

  • Operations triaging detected incidences, reviewing root cause and contextually relevant logs for remediation.

Get started

The app has an integrated onboarding flow, which helps you make yourself familiar with key functionalities.

  • Open the Problems app to review all the active problems within the problems feed.

  • Use the filters and the timeframe selection to review the history of detected problems.

  • Use multi-select to drill into the details of problems.

  • Review the highlighted root-cause of problems.
