Dynatrace OpenTelemetry Metrics Exporter for JavaScript

This exporter plugs into the OpenTelemetry Metrics SDK for JavaScript, the exporter requires Node.js 8 or higher and NPM 6 and higher. The exporter can be configured with the following settings: Dynatrace API Endpoint, Dynatrace API Token and Metric Key Prefix. OpenTelemetry exporters in general provide a method to report metrics from applications.
